Happy Birthday Lucy!

Happy Birthday Miss Lucy Sky ! As many of you know, we rescued Lucy last year when she had been dropped off on the side of a country gravel road. Being a pit with a bad rap we could not find a home for her so she became ours and thank goodness she did because we can't imagine our life without her now

At the time we found her our Vet thought she was around a year. Last week made 1 year to the day.
Her middle name really should be Lucy Love because she has so much of it to give. I have never seen a dog full of so much love for everyone and everything. Believe me, all the horrible "Pit Bull" stories are just that!

My brother may well be the best Brother EVER! He is a antique collector and every once in awhile I'm the lucky recipient of something he "don't need" He surprised be with this beautiful Vintage Phone the other day. He had 3 and figured he didn't need another.Lucky ME! HA! It's close to being in mint condition. I'm amazed everytime I think about how thrilled people where back in the old days to have the luxury of this kind of phone and to think of these teeny tiny cell phones we use now. I think my super Bro even gave me the old eye glasses I have on the phone.

I have been a bit Daisy Crazy lately. I have been experimenting with the settings on my camera. This evening just before sunset I went out to see what I could get this baby to do. The dogs wouldn't set still for me so more Daisy pictures it is. :)

Last Nights Inspiration

I was up till almost 2AM this morning editing a bunch of photo's I took Sunday.

I had several I was not crazy about and was fixing to delete them when I became inspired to work on them, I'm now so glad I didn't delete them.

Let me  introduce my cousin...well actually my cousins little girl, Liz. Liz hates either me or my camera. I tend to think it was the camera as every time I would aim it at her she would quickly jerk her head the other direction. One day she will be like her big sis, Alexis and love to have her pictures made.Right now all she wants to do is kiss my dogs and get dirty.

Of course this one as disgusting as it may be is my favorite. Liz likes doggy french kisses. Yep, its gross but Biscuit loves it. ;)

My Spencer,My Nephew

I noticed today I had not took any pictures of my nephew lately. He has gotten the where he does not want his picture taken but when he will let me take his picture he wants to make silly faces. His mom requested some pictures of him today so I managed to get him to let me take a few. This one was my favorite.

LOL, In this picture he really did see something jump up out in the weeds and I snapped just in time to get this funny face! ~Priceless♥

He's going to hate this picture one day,I'll be sure to hang on to it. heheheeee
