Chocolate Drop Cookies

Ok ok ok, I never said I was going on a diet, all I said was I'm going to cut back starting at the first of the year. And I HAVE....sort of ... ;) Seriously I have cut back. I'm drinking one soda a day and sometimes 1 every other day, so that's good. I have been cutting back on my snacks and eating the heck out of bananas.But today I'm having withdrawals ! .....:)))) So I made these yummy no bake cookies. I'm still cutting back mind you, rather than eating my usual dozen a day I'm going to try to keep it to a minimum of 4 oh maybe 5 or 6 a day...till they are all gone :))))~
I have been making these cookies since I was a kid.
There are different names for them but we call them no bake cookies or Chocolate Drop Cookies.

2 cups sugar...use splenda to cut back :)
½ cup milk...use low fat or even skim milk, it will work :))
½ cup peanut butter ...you can even use low fat PB too :)))
3 cups oats...see there is where you get your daily fiber :))))
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa ...cocoa is a good thing!
1 stick of butter ...ok this is the one really bad thing ! ;)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mix together milk, butter, cocoa & sugar, bring to boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat & add peanut butter & oats. Drop onto wax paper & let cool.
